In a large pot, sauté the garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil along with the chili pepper.
Next, add the chopped fish, followed by the cuttlefish and, finally, the squid.
After a few minutes, add the gutted flat monkfish and the white wine, allowing it to evaporate.
Then, add the crushed tomato and continue cooking gently for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
3 Garlic cloves
1 Celery knuckle
300 grams of Peeled tomatoes
1 Chili pepper
300 grams of Cuttlefish
400 grams of Squid
400 grams of Norway lobsters or spiny lobsters or shrimp
1 kilogram of Mussels
1 Scorpion fish
1 Gutted flat monkfish
1 Octopus
1 Bouquet of fresh parsley
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Slices of toasted homemade bread
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, sauté the garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil along with the chili pepper.
Step 2 : Next, add the chopped fish, followed by the cuttlefish and, finally, the squid.
Step 3 : After a few minutes, add the gutted flat monkfish and the white wine, allowing it to evaporate.
Step 4 : Then, add the crushed tomato and continue cooking gently for 30 minutes.
Step 5 : In another pan, sauté the chopped celery in extra virgin olive oil.
Step 6 : Add the scorpion fish and half a glass of water, letting it cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 7 : Then, add the scorpion fish to the rest of the fish and incorporate the crustaceans, mixing carefully.
Step 8 : After 4 minutes, turn off the heat and pour the soup into a bowl previously lined with toasted bread.
Step 9 : Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
