Ingredients

1 Can of tomato purée

200 milliliters of Water

100 grams of Mozzarella

100 grams of Salami

50 grams of Parmesan

1 White onion

1 Red, green, and yellow peppers

Preparation

Step 1 : The sauce is prepared by mixing the tomato purée with water and spreading it over the entire dough, leaving a margin to fold.

Step 2 : Add the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Step 3 : Then, slices of tomato, onion, and peppers are cut and interleaved over the dough along with the salami.

Step 4 : Fold the outer edge of the dough over the filling to create a flap.

Step 5 : Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Step 6 : Bake the pizza at 210°C for 15 minutes.

Step 7 : Once out of the oven, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, cut into portions, and serve.
