Fried Pizza
Ingredients
350 grams of Flour
260 Bread flour
330 milliliters of Water
8 grams of Fresh yeast
7 grams of Salt
400 grams of Tomato sauce
1 pinch of Salt
20 milliliters of Oil
1 Garlic clove
Basil leaves
500 milliliters of Frying oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : First, dissolve the yeast in warm water to activate it.
Step 2 : Then, in a large bowl, mix the flour with the water and yeast, ensuring it is well incorporated.
Step 3 : Add the salt and knead until obtaining a homogeneous and smooth dough.
Step 4 : Next, cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size, approximately one hour.
Step 5 : Once risen, divide the dough into portions and form small balls, placing them on a clean plate and letting them rest for a few minutes.
Step 6 : Then, in a pan with hot oil, fry the dough portions until they are golden and crispy on the outside.
