1 Egg
10 milliliters of Oil
3 grams of Fresh yeast
8 grams of Salt
300 grams of Tomato sauce
450 grams of Mozzarella
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, combine the milk and yeast, mixing until both ingredients are fully integrated and the yeast dissolves.
Step 2 : Next, gradually incorporate approximately 150 grams of bread flour, beating vigorously to incorporate air into the mixture.
Step 3 : Then, add the remaining ingredients and knead until achieving a homogeneous, smooth dough.
Step 4 : Once the dough is ready, place it in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 5 : Let it rest for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 6 : Repeat this process at least two more times, kneading and resting each time to improve the dough development.
Step 7 : Then, divide the dough into equal portions.
Step 8 : Gently stretch each portion into a circle shape.
Step 9 : In the center, add tomato sauce and mozzarella, then close the edges to form a ball, ensuring the filling is well sealed.
Step 10 : Arrange these balls on a tray and let them rest a few minutes before baking.
Step 11 : Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Step 12 : Place the dough balls on the tray and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until the dough turns golden.
Step 13 : Once cooked, add remaining mozzarella for gratin and sprinkle with oregano before serving.
