Ingredients

300 milliliters of Cream

80 grams of Sugar

90 grams of Dark chocolate

3 Gelatin sheets

Preparation

Step 1 : Gelatin sheets should be soaked in cold water for about five minutes, while powdered gelatin can be used directly without soaking.

Step 2 : In a saucepan, pour the cream along with the sugar and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil.

Step 3 : At that moment, add the chopped dark chocolate and continue stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is homogeneous.

Step 4 : Next, incorporate the drained gelatin sheets or the powdered gelatin, and stir for one minute until completely dissolved.

Step 5 : Distribute the resulting mixture into individual molds, preferably silicone, and let it rest at room temperature for one hour.

Step 6 : Then, place the molds in the refrigerator and keep them there for approximately five hours to fully set.

Step 7 : When ready to serve, carefully unmold the panna cotta.
