Chili Pepper Jam
Ingredients
10 grams of Chili peppers
500 grams of Red bell pepper
200 grams of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, carefully wash the peppers and chili peppers.
Step 2 : Then, remove the seeds from the peppers, leaving the chili seeds intact.
Step 3 : Cut the peppers and chili peppers into small pieces to facilitate cooking and blending.
Step 4 : Next, place them in a large saucepan, cover with the lid, and cook over medium heat for about seven minutes.
Step 5 : After that time, remove the saucepan from the heat and blend the ingredients with an immersion blender, making sure not to purée completely so that small pieces remain, thus maintaining an appealing texture.
Step 6 : Once blended, add the sugar and continue cooking for another ten minutes over medium heat with the saucepan uncovered, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly and the sugar to incorporate well.
Step 7 : Finally, transfer the preparation into sterilized glass jars by boiling them beforehand to ensure hygiene and preservation.
