Traditional Pizza Dough

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Flour

400 milliliters of Water

100 milliliters of Olive oil

50 grams of Yeast

20 grams of Salt

20 grams of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : The yeast is dissolved in lukewarm water.

Step 2 : In a separate bowl, combine the flour with salt and sugar.

Step 3 : Form a volcano in the center and add the dissolved yeast.

Step 4 : Stir and mix with a spoon or with your hands until a solid dough forms.

Step 5 : Sprinkle flour over a flat surface, pour in the dough, and knead until it no longer sticks to your hands.

Step 6 : Shape into a ball, sprinkle a bit more flour in the bowl, place the dough inside, and cover with a cloth for half an hour to ferment.

Step 7 : Once it has doubled in size, it can be stretched to the desired size and thickness for the pizza.

Step 8 : It can also be stored in the freezer without problems.
