500 grams of Salted cod

500 grams of Flour

2 Eggs

1 pinch of Pepper

40 milliliters of Olive oil

Step 1 : The salted cod is cooked in a broth with a little olive oil, parsley, and water, then cooled, finely chopped, and mixed with steamed and mashed potatoes.

Step 2 : Flour is prepared with salt and pepper. The salted cod, potatoes, and eggs are added; everything is kneaded until you get a homogeneous mixture, which is left to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 3 : The dough is cut into small pieces and formed into sticks about 1 cm in diameter, which are then cut into small pieces to make salt cod gnocchi.
