3 Red mullets

15 Cherry tomatoes

70 milliliters of Olive oil

Oregano

250 grams of Pasta

3 liters of Water

Garlic

Carrot

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 cup of White wine

Step 1 : The process starts by carefully washing the red mullets and filleting them, ensuring to remove innards and scales carefully.

Step 2 : The cherry tomatoes should be cut in half and set aside.

Step 3 : In a small pot, place the fish skeletons along with garlic and sauté until they have a slightly toasted color.
