Bucatini with Cod
Ingredients
500 grams of Bucatini
1 kilogram of Soaked Cod
1 Onion
500 grams of Peeled Tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Capers
1 Parsley sprig
5 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1 : Rinse the cod and gently dry it, remove the skin and bones, and flake it apart.
Step 2 : Slice the onion and sauté it in a pan with oil until it becomes translucent.
Step 3 : Add the chopped tomatoes, desalted capers, salt, and pepper, and cook for approximately 25 minutes, adding hot water if necessary.
Step 4 : Incorporate the cod, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and continue cooking for another twenty minutes.
Step 5 : Cook the bucatini in plenty of salted water, drain al dente, and mix with the prepared sauce.
